Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern all sales and services offered by AR ENTERPRISES (B2B Computer Wholesale) through our website and mobile application. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by AR ENTERPRISES.

  • Orders can be placed only through our official website or mobile app.

  • An order is considered “accepted” once we provide written confirmation (via email/app notification) or begin processing/fulfilling the order.

  • Prices may change without prior notice and will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Unless otherwise specified, all prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Payments can be made using the methods displayed on the checkout page (bank transfer, UPI, online payment gateways, etc.).

  • Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable GST, duties, and levies as per Indian law.

  • Invoices provided are GST-compliant.

3. Products and Specifications

  • Product descriptions and specifications provided on our website/app are for information purposes. We reserve the right to update or modify details without prior notice.

  • All products supplied will meet standard quality and specifications at the time of delivery.

  • Software purchases (if any) will be subject to the respective license agreements of the software provider.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the shipping address provided.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. For detailed conditions, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. Warranty

  • Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Please check product details before purchase.

  • Brand Warranty Products: Warranty and service will be provided directly by the respective brand’s authorized service center as per their terms. AR ENTERPRISES is not liable for rejections or claims denied by the brand.

  • Seller Warranty Products: In cases where AR ENTERPRISES provides the warranty, you may raise a support ticket, and we will provide a suitable resolution (repair/replacement) within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Warranty covers only manufacturing defects; it does not cover misuse, improper handling, or physical damage.

6. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products approved by the brand with a valid DOA letter.

    • Damaged products (reported within the allowed time).

  • Returned products must include original packaging and be in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping charges may apply in some cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR ENTERPRISES’ liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the products or services in dispute.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use, inability to use, or delivery of our products.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (where applicable).

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

  • For faster resolution, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, product designs, and intellectual property belonging to AR ENTERPRISES remain our property.

  • No use of our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material is permitted without prior written consent.

10. Data Protection

  • We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how your data is collected, used, and protected.

11. General Provisions

  • These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and AR ENTERPRISES regarding the sale of products/services.

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website with updated effective dates.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full force.
