The following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all sales of computer products and related services made by AR ENTERPRISES (B2B Computer Wholesale) to business buyers in India.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer

A request for cancellation must be placed before the product is shipped.

Cancellation requests should be submitted through our support system or order status window.

We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at our sole discretion.

Cancellation requests for orders that are already shipped or under processing may not be accepted.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per Section 2.
1.2 Cancellation by AR ENTERPRISES
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

Product unavailability

Errors in product description or pricing
-
Suspicion of fraudulent activity

Non-compliance with payment terms
If we cancel an order, you will be notified in advance and will receive a full refund of any payments already made.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

Orders cancelled by AR ENTERPRISES

Orders cancelled by you and approved by us
-
Products found Dead on Arrival (DOA), verified and approved by the brand with a valid DOA letter

Orders lost in transit, missing items, or products found damaged at the time of delivery (must be reported immediately upon delivery)
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect product ordered by the customer

Buyerβs remorse (change of mind after purchase)

Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or negligence
-
Goods once sold will not be taken back unless they qualify as DOA under brand policy
2.2 Refund Process

Buyers must follow the return procedure mentioned in our Warranty & Returns Policy, No returns applicable.

2.3 Refund Amount

Full refund for all orders cancelled by AR ENTERPRISES.

For defective or DOA products, the refund will be determined based on our Warranty Policy.

For customer-initiated cancellations (if approved), a nominal cancellation fee may be deducted.
